We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly.

CAVOK offers a limited warranty covering manufacturer defects for a period of two years from the original date of purchase from CAVOK ORA.

If any watch components or the movement fail to function properly due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace your timepiece free of charge.

Please note that this warranty does not cover: Water damage, Battery replacement, Accidental damage to the glass, Scratches or wear marks, Strap damage, Theft or loss
