All CAVOK watches are rated 5 ATM, which means they are safe for rain, splashes, and everyday wear. We recommend avoiding submerging them in hot water or wearing them in the shower, as heat can degrade the seals over time.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

How long does shipping take?

I have an automatic watch. How do I keep it running?

Automatic watches are powered by your movement. Wearing it daily keeps it wound. If it has been sitting unworn for 48 hours or more, give the crown 20 to 30 manual winds before wearing it again.

I have a quartz watch. When do I need to change the battery?

Quartz batteries typically last 2 to 3 years. When the seconds hand starts jumping in 2-second intervals instead of ticking normally, it is time for a battery change. Any local watchmaker can do it in minutes.

How do I care for my watch?

Wipe the case and dial with a soft lint-free cloth after wearing. Avoid contact with perfume or cologne as they can dull the finish. For the bracelet, wipe with a damp cloth regularly. For deeper cleaning, use a soft brush with mild soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
